Located on the Japanese island of Honshu, Kyoto is the capital of the Kyoto prefecture in the Kansai region. Just like the nearby metropolitan cities of Osaka and Kobe, it is a popular tourist destination; and is known for its beautiful temples, and being the Japanese Geisha central.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
