Nagashi somen is also known as kawadoko. Nagashi somen are white somen noodles that slide down bamboo pipes with streams of cold flowing water.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
