Kyo wagashi is Japanese traditional dessert. They are served with thick green tea and are sweets mochi-like and filled with red bean paste to help balance off the bitter taste of the green tea.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
