Omurice is fried rice topped with a fluffy omelette that flows over the rice once sliced, and then topped with either ketchup or a demi-glaced sauce.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
