Sobameshi is a blend of fried rice and fried soba noodles, in a sweet sauce, often mixed with chicken or pork, spring onions and occasionally topped off with a fried egg.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
