Nikuman is a popular street food that you have or Chinese-style steamed meat bun. It is made from flour dough, and filled with cooked ground pork, beef or other ingredients.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
