Kobe is popular for being gorgeously marbled and tremendously tender. The specialty lies in the fact that the meat comes only from the purebred Tajima cattle and it goes through strict requirements to be labelled as authentic Kobe beef. Kobe beef is served as teppanyaki or grilled steak.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
