Curry bread or kare pan is Japanese curry encased in bread dough, lightly covered in panko bread crumbs, and then deep-fried till golden brown. The special taste of Japanese curry with the floury doughnut is a perfect combination and a great food to eat on the go.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
