Hakata ramen is a distinct type of ramen with pork bone broth and thin straight egg noodles. The soup is made by boiling bones from every part of the pig for a gelatinous stock with a powerful scent and flavour.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
