Gyu nabe is a hot pot that is composed of thinly sliced beef, miso-flavoured broth andvegetables like negi which are Japanese leek and shiitake mushrooms.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
