Goma Dango is a fried sesame ball. It is chewy, sweet and crispy sesame-studded exterior. Inside the it is filled with rich smooth red bean paste that creates a perfect balance with the crispy and sweet combination
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
