The Japanese consider food preparation an art, and rooting out the true masterpieces takes a local eye. With local ingredients and every dish freshly prepared, it’s easy to get hooked on Japanese cuisine.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
