Uni is an expensive delicacy that is typically serve as sashimi or with rice as sushi. It’s recognizable by its unique orange coloring and bumpy texture.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
