Udon is a thick and chewy noodle that is made up of wheat flour. It is served in variety of different ways but in Osaka, they have a signature flavour.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
