Tenmusu is a local delight, the tip of the shrimp fritter sticks out from the rice ball. The ocean flavour of the shrimp and dried laver brings just the right amount of saltiness to enhance the taste of the rice ball, without the need for salt.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
