Takoyakis are battered little golf ball sized balls that has pieces of octopus stuffed inside. They are drizzled with Japanese mayonnaise and sprinkled with bonito.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
