Okonomiyaki is a batter mixture that includes flour, eggs, and can also include dashi stock (dry fish stock), and is served with a heap of shaved cabbage.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
