Motsunabe is a hot pot where the meat source is cow or pig intestine. it is chewy, rich, and its fatty texture appeals to many, especially on a cold winter’s night.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
