The food is typically served on small plates where they focus on quality over quantity. At Izakaya restaurants can range from slices of tuna belly to grilled skewers of chicken or pork.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
