Cold soba is chilled buckwheat noodles and known to be inexpensive yet a popular and healthy food choice, especially during the summer.
This cuisine is definitely unforgettable! Being back in LA, I definitely miss this dish the most! I haven't found a restaurant in America that can replicate this cuisine taste sadly.
I recommend going to Dotobori Street because they have the best service and it was a great experience there!
